Meet your new estimations.
Built with precision in mind, this might be the new great competitor for other estimation systems out there.

In my opinion, Estimated subscriber counts haven't reached their peak on usability and precision. And that's what I plan to change with the new NextCounts estimated Subscriber Counts.

NextCounts has sourced estimated counts of many providers in the past. T1ch/LC.ME, LC.io, SocialCounts and, most recently, Mixerno, have all provided estimated subscriber counts for NC in the past, but we never felt that they were accurate enough when channels sped up due to streams, shoutouts, or any other external factor. That's where we want to make "Gains" be excellent at.
"Gains" is the name of the technology that is powering the Estimates provided by NextCounts.
Built with precision in mind, Gains will be made to be as accurate as possible, taking into account other factors as uploads, streams & the amount of viewers in it, etc.
"Gains" has its own dashboard, that allows Administrators to update the gain speed of a channel and even set their current Subscriber Count.
Just like other estimations, Gains will be linear. This might make the system to not feel as "real" as live subscriber counts were in the past (with their variations of subscribers going up and down), but we have plans to make it more "realistic" in the future.
The system is being built with integrations into the main NextCounts API, so not a single moment is missed, making the estimations be updated with the YouTube API itself.
If you have any question on how it works, and have any feedback on what could be improved on the system, do not hesitate to message us on Twitter through our official accounts, @NextCounts and the NC Insiders account.
